Description |
Eastase is a serine protease that hydrolyses amides and esters. Elastase is distinctive in that it acts upon elastin. The optimum pH is 8.5. Soybean trypsin inhibitor and kallikrein inhibitor suppress its proteolytic but not elastolytic activity. This product is a white or pale yellow lyophilized powder. |
